We are about to BLOW YOUR MINDS. Seriously.
Ever heard of the phrase "cheat meal" "or "on the wagon, off the wagon?" It seems so popular these days with all the diets, detoxes and burnout gym plans to define the days when you live in the moment as being a CHEAT. Well, WE CALL BS and here's why!
For starters, we have no space for cheating because we aren't taking a test, playing a board game,...
And by "life" we mean Superbowl Sunday, birthdays, dance recitals, work events, and weekend getaways. It's so easy to stay on track when you are at home, making your green juices, and working out on the regular - but when life comes at us full throttle it's seems impossible to stay on track!
