Return Policy
Our products are digital and considered “used” after download or opening. We have a strict no refund policy specific to REVITA5 alumni purchases, forgetting to download your file in the allotted time, maxing out your download attempts, providing inaccurate email information for that download(s), losing access to your email, etc.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not, as long as it’s your first-time purchase. Second-time purchases are not eligible for a refund,
