Has anyone noticed the “wrap” phase that is taking over Instagram and social media? Everywhere you look someone is trying to sell you this crazy idea that if you shrink wrap yourself enough you will lose weight! This is just one example of the many diet fads that started in the 70s and haven’t stopped!

There is a reason most of us are still on a diet (and still not getting healthier). They simply do not work for the long haul causing a yo-yo effect of highs and lows which keep you addicted. If there is one thing we cannot stand in The REVITA5 Challenge, it’s seeing you stuck in a dieting hamster wheel that you can’t get out of! Luckily, we are here to help you escape!
